Ms. Champagne is President of UMI. She is an experienced manager with 40 years of practice and an engaging leader with excellent expertise in real estate development, urban planning, architecture, urban design and strategic planning.

Mr. Le Pape is Vice President and Treasurer of UMI. A strategic visionary with over 35 years of experience in municipal and private environments, his professional and management practices are results-oriented through the application of Lean Management principles and concrete actions that subscribe to the thesis of continuous improvement.
